Custom Database Search allows users to search profiles uploaded in the "Entry Form" widget of the "Custom Database Seach" Add-on with the help of search options included in the search query.

Select the Custom Database Search widget from the list of webpage add-ons, and it will be added on the page.  Click on "Edit" to open the Add-on

Search query can be created by clicking on to manage tables click 'here' link and then click on 'Search Query' to create a search query.

Click on 'Add New Query' button to create a search query.

Creat the query name in the query name field and then  select a landing page for the search query result page from the three options provided, special page, custom page or provide a URL of the landing page.  After this , click the 'add new query' button to add the query, or cancel button to discard the entry. Return to Manage record entry table will take the page back to the record entry table page.

After a search query is created successfully, it can be edited with the edit query button, and delete query will delete the query. I n query details you can add fields to the search option.

You can check the name of the fields to include in the search options for users.  Checking "Is Range" will give an option to the users to set a range of their search. Up and down button can be used to re-position the search option list on the webpage. "Update" button will update the changes and back button will take the page back to the manage queries page.

All the table fields are listed under the drop down button. Select the 'Table' from the 'Select Table' drop down box. Click on the 'Save' button to save the selected table. Select the search query from the'Select Search Query' drop down box. Click on the 'Save' button to save the selected search query. All the search query fields will be listed under the drop down button.

Search type can be selected as 'like' or 'exact', 'like' will pull up the results nearly matching to the search keyword, and exact will pull up the results exactly typed as the search keywords.

 Now the Custom Database search widget will be displayed on the website. Users can search the record by entering the details query. The table and select query can be selected anytime by editing the Custom Database Search.
